Why Choose Loudoun Ob/Gyn?

Words that describe our physicians are “experienced” and “dedicated.”  Our physicians have been practicing in the Loudoun community as long as 28 years, and combined we have a total of over 90 years of Ob-Gyn experience! We currently have four physicians.   As a patient at Loudoun Ob-Gyn, you can feel confident that your doctors and healthcare providers have the knowledge and skill that come with years of experience.

Our physicians are Fellows of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Board-Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.  We all participate in continuing medical education to stay current with the latest developments in our specialty and the newest surgical techniques.  Our physicians have leadership roles in the hospital.  Please see "Our Providers" section for more information.

Our practice delivers babies and performs surgeries at Inova Loudoun Hospital and Birthing Inn.

How does our practice work?

For gynecology care
, you may have a specific provider that you’d like to see, and you may schedule all your appointments with that person.  However, if you like the flexibility of seeing a different provider due to availability or your scheduling preference, we are happy to accommodate that request.  As a cohesive group of practitioners, we are available to each other to share ideas and experience with different treatment plans, so the patient benefits from the expertise and knowledge of all our providers.

For obstetrical care, a patient will have visits with all our providers during her pregnancy.  We want the chance for all of us to get to know you and be familiar with your medical history, as we cannot predict who will be the doctor on duty when you deliver.  Sometimes if your delivery date needs to be scheduled for some reason, for example an induction or planned C-section, we may be able to schedule your delivery with a particular physician.  We do not share call with any other groups, so you can rest assured that your baby will be delivered by one of our doctors whom you’ve met.  We generally have a doctor “dedicated” to the hospital each weekday, free from office hours that day.  This limits office disruptions due to a doctor leaving the office to deliver a baby, and allows our hospital doctor to more fully focus on our patients in labor.  We are the only practice at Loudoun Hospital that provides this level of service.
