We request that new patients arrive at our office 15 minutes ahead of their appointment time to complete the necessary paperwork to admit you into our practice. In order to save you time and for faster service, please feel free to complete your paperwork ahead of time. It is located here. Please select the new patient forms and bring them to your appointment with us.
We participate with many different PPO, Medicare, and HMO plans. We are unfortunately not accepting new Medicaid clients at this time. If you are not sure about our provider status with your insurance company, please check with them directly or contact our office during normal business hours.
We have a wonderful nursing staff available to answer many of your medical questions. If you do not reach our nurse directly, she is involved in another phone call or patient care. Please leave a message for her and we will make every effort to return your call promptly. Please be advised that we do prioritize return calls based upon the degree of urgency.
We always have a doctor available after hours. The on-call physician can be reached by calling the answering service at 703-755-1422. Please reserve this service for urgent medical needs and patients in labor. The on-call doctor is unable to call in prescription refills. For faster service regarding prescription refills, please have your preferred pharmacy request refills through our office directly.
